However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 763-657-0979 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

All products are sold "as is" and on an "as available" basis. However, pj’s appliance outlet, llc will provide in-store credit for any product(s) returned within ninety (90) days of the purchase date if the original purchaser produces a receipt for such product(s). We cannot guaranty that any product will be replaced with an identical make or model.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not make any warranty or representation that our products will meet your requirements, or that any products offered by us will be free of defects.

Customers are responsible for the transportation and security of all products immediately upon purchase. Pj’s appliance outlet, llc does not deliver, store or handle any products once purchased by a customer. Customers are fully responsible and liable for any and all damages which occur to the products once purchased from our store.

All products are sold "as-is" and primarily without serial numbers from the manufacturer. Customers agree to accept all products without such information and without any warranty or service plan of any kind from the manufacturer or pj’s appliance outlet, llc.

Under no circumstances, including, without limitation, negligence, shall pj’s appliance outlet, llc or its affiliates, officers, members, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use (or the inability to use) any products offered or sold by us. If your product does not work correctly due to a manufacturer defect, your exclusive remedy is to return the product for in-store credit, provided you have the original receipt and such return is completed within ninety (90) days of the purchase date.
